Background
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the University of Wollongong, with coursework in psychometrics and research methods.
He has extensive experience in questionnaire and survey design across educational and applied settings: how a question is worded, how an answer scale is built, how results are scored, and why people stop part way through a survey.
He is the founder of Quiz Maker and of SeeMyPersonality, where he directs test design and review.

Six standards each page meets before it is published, and keeps meeting after every update.
- Original wordingEvery question is written for Poll Maker. Licensed instruments are never reproduced, and each set is checked against the published items of the well-known ones before it goes live.
