Ministers Education and Pay

Churches of Christ are not a denomination. I could give a list of things that would prove it. But one strong, non-biblical proof is that we have not salary scale for our preachers and they have no recourse on this earth to go to when wronged or when they need a dispute settled. We have been asked to find something out and need as many guys who consider themselves full-time ministers to take this survey as possible. What we are trying to find out is if guys with Masters Degrees or higher make more money as ministers than those who do not AND if when an individual got this degree he received noticeable increases. This is, as are all of our surveys anonymous, we can’t find out who took it.
