PCR-case-Very-Catheter-based left atrial appendage closure-Q1-Q2

How would you manage this clinical situation?
Turn down this referral for catheter-based LAA closure and restart a low-dose DOAC or antiplatelet therapy.
Turn down this referral for catheter-based LAA closure and recommendation to keep the patient off any anti-thrombotic therapy.
Accept this patient for catheter-based LAA closure with cardiac imaging by careful standard transesophageal echocardiography (TEE).
Accept this patient for catheter-based LAA closure with cardiac imaging by computed tomography and intra-procedural fluoroscopic guidance.
Accept this patient for catheter-based LAA closure with cardiac imaging by computed tomography and intra-procedural fluoroscopic and intracardiac echocardiographic (ICE) guidance.
Planning of catheter-based LAA closure and pre-procedural imaging
Pre-procedural cardiac imaging is not that important. I plan this patient immediately for TEE-guided LAA closure in general anesthesia or concious sedation.
I plan this patient for pre-procedural imaging with TEE.
I plan this patient for pre-procedural imaging with cardiac computed tomography.
Considering the complex clinical scenario, I exceptionally do not plan pre-procedural imaging in this patient and schedule this patient for 3D-ICE guided LAA closure.
