Would you like to see an EVGA like step-up program for AMD cards and would you use it if one were available? (For those wondering EVGA Step-Up is a program where a consumer is able to pay the price difference in between 2 GPU models to upgrade their GPU by sending back their old one and receiving the new one for the price difference of the models.)
