I started selling homes part-time many years ago. Back then, I was looking for opportunities to empower myself and expand my skillsets. I quickly found a passion in helping excited families take the next step in their lives. As my experience grew, I became more committed to taking the next step in my own life. I became a managing broker and started Best Choice Realty, a concierge realty company based in Naperville, Illinois. My education is Bachelor of Architecture (Pune University), Master of Engg (Town & Country Planning), LEED AP. It’s been a long journey of 24+ years of achievements & fulfillment of many esteemed architectural projects. It gives me immense pleasure & satisfaction of creating an environment for patients, families as well as staff working on healthcare projects. I have been an executive committee member of Indian Institute of Architects (IIA) & COTE (Committee On The Environment)of American Institute of Architects (AIA) in past. I have represented AIA at Tech Savvy, a STEM program, for middle school girls training. As a proprietor of an infrastructure & consultancy companies, I have worked on many sustainable Green projects creating environmental awareness. I have been a core faculty for Asia’s best Architecture college for girls based at Pune. Presently I am working with an esteemed healthcare architectural firm. Also, I am a owner of a real estate investment company which has a portfolio of residential rental houses and does flips. I am proud to be part of Maharashtra Mandal of Chicago & serving as a secretary for this year. I am passionate about theatre & have acted in many plays, especially the ones dedicated to bringing women issues & work on their empowerment. Meeta Ganjsinghani Wahane

My educational background is Bachelors in Architecture (with honors) from PCEA, Nagpur and Masters in Architecture (with honors thesis on High Rise Buildings) from Illinois Institute of Technology. I am a Chicago resident since 2004 and have been a part of esteemed organizations like ZPDA Architects, Chicago and Chicago Arts and Metals, where I contributed to iconic structures and mixed use buildings in an around Chicago. I am a Green Building Associate and have designed Sustainable structures in Green environment. I have also been a faculty for Vaastu Shastra in Cadence Institute of Learning, Nagpur (5 years) and take keen interest in creating living spaces consistent with Vaastu guidelines. I have been actively helping many families in the US through Expert Vaastu Shastra consulting from well over a decade. Currently I work as a Lead Architect for ‘Wellness in the Built Environment’ and working on exciting projects, such as Additions and remodeling to existing Homes. I design Retail spaces, Schools, Municipal Buildings and Commercial spaces. I am passionate about applying my knowledge of Architecture, Vaastu and Interior Design in creating ideal living spaces for all my clients and aiming to spread dwelling wellness in designed environment. My journey into real estate began at Coldwell Banker and later Re/Max Suburban and Re/Max Destiny. Even as a beginner, my hard work and dedication to serving my clients earned me several Executive Club 100% Club Awards at major real estate awards conferences. Though I was grateful to have the opportunity to be a broker at these prestigious real estate firms, I felt as if I was missing an essential element. In addition, I was a member of Women’s Council of Realtors, sponsored Run to Read from District 54, sponsored Experience the Journey Within by Radhanath Swami, performed charity work supporting Evangel Assembly of God, support charity work by WINGS, and continuously supported Narayan Seva (Service) in Kolkata, India which feeds more than 1000 children every week. Currently, I am the President of a local meditation group from the Shiv Yog Foundation.
